Which setups have a real edge, what breaking your own process costs, and the composite and rolling views that sit beside expectancy, SQN, Kelly and Monte Carlo.

Reports (G S) and Playbook (G P) answer three questions: which setups to size up, keep testing or stop, what your mistakes cost, and whether you're trading better or worse than your own baseline. Everything follows the filters at the top — date range, accounts, side — and the market timezone.

Setup scorecard (Playbook)

Each play gets a verdict, scored on the selected range. Stats are in R when at least 60% of a setup's trades have an initial risk recorded; otherwise in currency.

VerdictWhen
Edge20+ trades and the 95% interval sits above zero — size up within your risk rules
Execution leakLosing overall, but its clean trades (10+) pay — the losses come from trades that broke your process
PromisingPositive so far, not proven yet
WatchNegative so far, not enough trades to call it
Too earlyFewer than 10 trades (shown as e.g. Too early · 6/10)
Bleeding20+ trades and the interval sits below zero — stop or rework it
  • The Edge column draws expectancy per trade as a dot (the mean) with a whisker (the 95% interval) on an axis centred on zero. Rows in the same unit share one scale.
  • Without mistakes: +1.00R appears when the clean expectancy differs noticeably. "Clean" drops every trade the mistake tax flags, not just mistake-tagged ones.
  • Not traded in 60+ days marks stale setups.
  • Proven edge in the summary reads e.g. 1 of 6, with bleeding / too-early counts beneath.
  • A No setup line at the bottom summarises trades logged without one.
  • The list sorts by verdict by default; Name, Trades, Win rate, Expectancy and Net P&L sort too.

Mistake tax (Reports → Overview)

The first Overview card prices the trades that broke your own process. A trade is flagged by any of:

  • a mistake tag you applied (Chased, Moved stop…)
  • a broken risk rule — over max risk per trade, past the daily loss limit, over max trades per day, past the losing-streak limit (set under Settings → Rules)
  • a detected revenge trade or oversized after a win streak entry

The card shows the total cost (losses only — a flagged winner never lowers it, it's listed as "won anyway"), its share of the range's losses, the cost in R, and Without them: … instead of … — your net had those trades not happened. Below: a weekly or monthly trend, then one row per reason; expand a row to list its trades and click one to open it. A trade with several reasons counts under each, so rows can add up to more than the total.

When losers have neither a mistake tag nor a note, a prompt lists them and links to the review inbox. Today's session summary carries a one-line version ("Mistake tax: $280.00 · Past daily loss limit…", or "clean session").

Saved Reports presets keep the cards they were saved with. A preset saved before the mistake tax existed won't show it until you switch it on under Cards.

Edge Score

A 0–100 composite on Reports → Overview (and the mobile Reports overview). Each component scores 0–100 against a fixed target and is weighted:

ComponentWeightFull marks
Profit factor25%3.0
Avg win / loss20%2.5 : 1
Win rate15%60%
Max drawdown15%0% of capital (25% scores 0)
Consistency15%best day ≤ 15% of winning-day profit
Recovery10%net P&L 3× max drawdown

It needs at least 5 closed trades in range and no journaled risk or MAE/MFE.

Rolling performance (Reports → Win / Loss)

Switch between Win rate and Avg P&L over a rolling window of 10, 20, 50 or 100 trades. The latest value is compared against the baseline across every trade in range (Above / Below). Available on mobile too.
